Since there are now more than 90 colors of TOHO 6/0 beads I’ve had a lot of fun creating some new loomed bracelets. In fact I’ve made so many I’m selling them on my Etsy site! Above is a Free Download from Tierracast. I found it easy to follow and created my own version of it, with adjustable bracelets using jump rings, so I could fancy them up with cute charms. You may need to make the length of your looming a bit smaller so your bracelet isn’t too large once you add the adjustable “chain”. If you don’t own a loom I wouldn’t spend a lot of money on one. The inexpensive looms generally run about $10 and can be found online. If you haven’t loomed before just follow the general directions of the loom manufacturer. The new large hole TOHO Takumi 11/O beads were a little snug but did work as small spacers. (Definately better than regular 11/0 seed beads.) Also, our new selection of 4x3mm Faceted 6/0 beads are working up well too! We used the 1.5mm leather for the outer frame and we used the 1.0 Knotting cord for the inside warps. The new crimp ends from Tierracast are a great finish to these bracelets.
Here are some of the supplies I used in my bracelets. (I used the .5 knotting cord in place of the C-Lon.)
